Do I need special hardware?
No. Buna Counter runs in the browser on any phone, tablet, or laptop. A wall tablet works great for kitchen and TV.
How do guests pay?
Cash at the counter, or Telebirr (live integration rolling out). Kitchen starts after payment is confirmed for cash orders.
Subscribe or pay per order?
Both. Monthly plans in Birr, or pay per completed order with a free monthly allowance. Change anytime.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — 14 days of the full dashboard. Guest QR go-live needs work permit / TIN review by platform admin.
What if Wi‑Fi drops?
The app reconnects after short blips. For busy service, use a UPS and optional 4G backup on the router.
